Hamachi not in "Active Networks" in Control Panel

I'm 99% sure this is why I can't connect to hamachi. Now this happened already to me like 1 month ago. I don't remember how I fixed it but I was able to connect to hamachi like weeks ago (Hamachi appeared on the "active networks") and host a minecraft server and play with my friends, until I lost internet connection for a whole day. Probably a problem on the isp's side. When the connection returned, I opened hamachi it suddenly was back to what it was before I fixed it. 0.0.0.0 IP, a gray icon on the icon of hamachi in the taskbar.

 

I have tried every fix here in forum but nothing works. I can't remember how I fixed it the first time. I'm just hoping here someone has this problem too and knows a fixburp.png.















*EDIT*: I just remembered! I used the /ipconfig /release then /ipconfig /renew. That fixed it, but after the internet connection incident it doesn't work anymore.

 

*EDIT2*: Isn't there supposed to be a thing like this while installing hamachi?

Well it doesn't show anything like this while I'm installing hamachi now. But back then (like 4 years ago when hamachi was still working perfectly) I remember it did that.

Can I assign a primary DNS to a network?

So I have DNS server running on my masterhost pc. I have a webserver running on my VPN. I want people to have their Primary DNS changed to the server's so they can visit xxxxxx.localhost

 

Is this possible?

Making Hamachi Better...

Hamachi is a neat product and service.  It could be better with the following:

 

1. In the HUI, the ability to determine & set when the tunnel is available, by time & date. By time would be useful.

Example, Tunnel A, Is accessible at/from 7am -12 noon. Perhaps even day sensitive. Only Mon-Wed.

"Create" button for Hamachi doesn't work

Hey so I'm using Hamachi and everything installs fine and the program seems to work up until I want to create a network. I can join a network, but when I try to make my own everything is fine up until the Network ID and password is all setup and I try to click Create, but nothing happens. I have re-installed the program like 3 times now and the "Create" button does not work. It just presses in and turns gray, then it just changes back to normal. I have looked through the fourm and it seems like i'm the only one with this problem? I honestly do not know how to fix it. Please help.

Does Hamachi broker the connection, and then allow the two computers run peer-peer,  or does all traffic run through the Hamachi server.

Alert when a Join Request is made

I manage multiple Hamachi Networks. Is there a way to get an email alert when someone joins a network that requires approval?

I dont know until someone complains they have not been approved then go in and look at join requests for that network then approve it.

I would think i should get some kind of email request when its made but i dont see where to enable that?

Multiple Subscriptions available

So i manage a bunch of paid Hamachi subscriptions. Right now in my control panel it shows 2 Subscriptions Available. Why? I have activate ones. Why are these others that are not assigned? Am i being billed for these? How can i tell? How do i know they are not going to be re-billed when they expire? I dont have any accounts that are needing these subscriptions to be assigned to them.

Honestly, the billing method is quiet bad as i get charged but cant tell which Hamachi network i am being billed for when i get billed at different times of the year.

Any way i can figure out what the heck is going on in that control panel and make sure those Available but not assigned Subscriptions wont be rebilled?

Is there a minimum  Wi-Fi speed needed (by the host) for Hamachi to have sufficient access to the internet?

Browse command lists local computer folders instead of remote

Hi,

I successfully installed Hamachi on two PC (XP and W10), I created a network and added both PC.

I started Hamachi and joined the network but, when right clicking on a remote PC, I access my local default directory instead.

This occurs on both systems.

What did I do wrong, pls?

Connection slow, continuously disconnecting

Hi all,

I'm running into an issue where I cannot maintain a stable, fast connection. I disabled all firewalls and made the exceptions. My upload speeds are 120kbps, but speedtest says 6 mbps. During file transfers, they always fail a minute after and during minecraft the world loads slowly but the host stops sending data after about 30 seconds. Any thoughts?

My son set up a Hamachi account for me.  I have two computers that do 'talk' to each other (one linux  on ARM one Windows10).  I have an icon on my desktop machine that gives a network name (not my login name) and shows my linux computer.    

I wanted to load Hamachi on my laptop machine, so I dowloaded the application (Windows) and installed it. When I use my login and PW, I get a screen that shows the LogMeIn logo and "buy now" and my login name. Aslo showing is 'Networks'  Nothing is showing in that pane.   I cannot change settings, or do anything.  I would like to know how to get past this point.

 

Also, I noticed that it takes Hamachi a very long time (2-3 minutes) to show up on my desktop unit after my linux machine has completely booted.   How can I reduce that time?  

 

Finally, can I send ANY protocol over Hamachi - even UDP?  Note that I'm using a cellular (4G) connection at BOTH ends.

how can i fix "relayed tunnel" to "direct tunnel" problem?
I think the problem is because my friend has no direct connection to the Internet, that is, he has no cable connection
