Wrong gateway after reboot in gateway network with linux ARM

Good morning,

we are testing LogMeIn Hamachi in a linux Arm with the lastest version. The computer is setted with a gateway network with autostart at the boot and it works fine from the start.

Sometimes, after a reboot (we think together with the reboot of the router of the network), the default gateway of "ham-br0", find with "ip r | grep default", is 192.168.1.254. The computer can't access to internet and hamachi doesn't work.

To solve we need to stop hamachi service and delete hamachi autostart. After the reboot, the DHCP use the right gateway 192.168.1.1 in "eth0" interface. Now we can start hamachi service and add hamachi autostart. It will work until next opportunity to fail.

 

We tried to use fixed IP in "eth0" interface but the problem continues.

Are there some solutions or ideas of the reasons?

When I attempt to launch Hamachi, it sends me to Security Preferences, but instead of saying "System software from developer "LogMeIn, Inc." was blocked from loading.", it says "Some system software was blocked from loading."  clicking on Allow does nothing.  Suggestions?

Issue: VPN domain´s tap device is down

Hello people, Im looking for help to solve an issue I´ve ran into when I join any network my friends set up.

Going through the diagnostics, this is what Hamachi shows me.

Tunnel:
VPN domain's tap device is down

Local results:
Adapter configuration:
Cannot get adapter config
Traffic test: Cannot complete test
Peer results: [230-198-198]
Adapter configuration: OK
Traffic test: OK

 

And the self-diagnosis tool confirms that this is a tunneling problem.

Now,  I´ve gone through other posts with the same issue, but mine seems to be a something different, as I have tried almost everything, uninstall and install again, reboot my PC, stopping the tunneling services, closing the Firewall, removing the adapters.

Im running Windows 7 Professional, and I just got Hamachi again, and I´ve noticed these things:

Inside Control Panel, in Network Connections, Hamachi appears as active, but with a red cross.

And inside Device Manager, theres no Hamachi adapter, neither network nor ethernet adapters.

 

If anyone can guide me through, I´ll be more than happy!

Class C network problem (games)

Hello. I have two games im trying to get to work over LAN. StarCraft and Dungeon Defenders. In both cases i havent gotten a server to show up.

We have a green bulb between us and we can ping each other. The host added VPN Alias of the other user with one number away of difference from my own VPN IP.

I havent used any software to check if the game is using the correct network adapter to host the server, as i dont know how to. Ive done all measures shown everywhere on the net. Including interface metric, adding hamachi at top priority, adding gateway, no PC Firewall, ports forwarded for the games.

Im baffled what the issue can be.

All i can think of is the games not using the correct network adapter to host the server tbh. Any hint how id go forward checking this? Wireshark?

Failing to connect, IP 0.0.0.0

When I first installed Hamachi, it was connected perfectly and the IP was normal. After about 10 minutes of Hamachi being on, it failed to connect. When I closed it, the IP had reset to 0.0.0.0. I'm at a loss for what to do.

I'm not gonna use/recomend Hamachi to anyone else, and here's why.

I'm actively trying to get some computers in a Hamachi network and i'm having a really bad time.

First of all the website doesn't work on mostly any computer. There are some flaws that make links useless, the page shows no info, grids or anything. I've tried without plugins, on other OSes, other computers (at least five), other browsers... and it didn't work but in one case.
In this case i could manage computers in the network, i added some, i removed some other. I hand the one-time link and try to download the client in said computer. It doesn't work. I refresh the page and it says that the one-time link doesn't work anymore. I download hamachi manually, LOG IN WITH MY LOGIN INFO ON MY ACCOUNT, try typing the network name I'M READING IN THE OTHER COMPUTER ON THE SAME DESK, and use a password i believe it will work. Denied. Wrong password for that network. I try many other passwords. None worked. I may be wrong. I manage the password and set the one i want. Accepted. Go back to said computer and enter the same password. DENIED. Is this a joke of any kind? I set the network to auto-accept any new computer and try it again with the new password. DENIED.

Your service has great flaws and i'm trying to find new solutions, both for me and for people who ask me. I work at a computer and network store, you may want to know.
It still would be unappropiate from me not to thank you for these years of service, so thank you one last time.

Hamachi Mobile issues

I cannot connect to the hamachi VPN on my mobile device, its PPTP and "send all traffic over VPN" is checked and i have the forwarding routes set to 25.0.0.0/8. I also connected the hamachi network that I have on my computer and it says I'm in the network on the pc, but not connected. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong somebody help.

Ok, so i have searched the internet and i am not finding what i need to know. Is there a version of hamachi that i can download from the store, allowing me to connect to the same vpn network as my home PC and laptop are in?

I'm trying to connect with PPTP and RSA but it says unsuccessful, I'm using the configuration that comes from e-mail and I was able to connect on february/2019 but trying since Apr 27 without success, any one also having issues with m.hamachi.cc?

It's really frustrating how long it takes for the login screen to respond again after entering my email and password, but not only do I have to wait 2-3 minutes for it to respond again, my request gets timed out and asks me to sign in again. I'm just curious if this app is still updating or the developers are getting lazy but this is really bothersome as this problem has been occurring since last time I used it, November 15th, 2018.

Yes, I do have the current version downloaded

Not connecting to other members of the same network

Hi i have installed hamachi and entered a network with some friends. I used it no problem for several days, then one day i moved to my father, so now i am connected through another router. There i opened hamachi as usual to play minecraft, but i couldn't connect. minecraft is not the problem i'm sure about that. I noticed that when i use the diagnose tool on the one who owns the server it gives me an error: "Inbound traffic blocked, check firewall settings". I've also tried to update, reinstall, and disable the adapter driver of hamachi; set the UDP and TCP port statically; disable the firewall and reinstall hamachi many times. But i still get the error.

Destination host unreachable

Please help if you can.  I presume I am having some DNS related problems but I don't know how to troubleshoot or fix. I have setup a Hamachi network between two laptops (eg. laptop1 and laptop2). To test the network I placed the laptop that created the network (eg. laptop1) onto a mobile hotspot internet connection and started running ping tests. 

 

The Hamachi generated IP addresses ping perfectly and the laptop on the hotspot (laptop1) can ping laptop2 by hostname. Although the replies are from IPv6 address which I thought was odd, but probably isn't.

The problem, laptop2 cannot ping laptop1 by hostname, it returns: Reply from [it's own wifi ip address] Destination host unreachable.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
