Hi we have PAID hamachi susbscription and is going offline in an unattended server 2012 machine which is used only to access files remotely, we need to login into the server and turn off the client and then on fr it to be resolved, this happends with or without the session being closed, no power options on the network cards or windows to turn anything off and also service recovery is set to autostart after it fails, can anyone help me? Logmein support tells a ton of things like whitelisting email address, I think they do not even know why this happends and don´t have an answer

Hamachi is up and running but no servers can ever be set up
What I did using adv. firewall management:
- I went to firewall and I set in\out rules,
- I forbidded it to "provide protection" on Hamachi network
In the end, I got sick of the firewall possibly still getting in the way and disabled it completely.
What I did generally:
- I deleted the default gateway for IPv4 protocol of the Hamachi adapter...
because otherwise people could ping me but I couldn't ping them.
- I created a Mesh type network through network management on logmein "personal cabinet" webpage...
to prevent any problems with the network itself, like person not capable of being a host to the server, but only being a client.
- I had to go and install v.2.2.0.328 hamachi...
because my system demanded driver signature and otherwise the adapter device wouldn't be present. I just started with that version for the in-built adapter setting and then updated it.
After all I did and had to put my friend through as well, Hamachi finally worked -- which I concluded from the fully positive result of "diagnose" button and succesful ping on both sides...
But servers are the one thing that didn't work. On any game. We tried so far "Half-life", "Battlefront II" (unofficial and old one), "Trackmania 2: Canyon" and "Minecraft".
It matters not which game it is or who hosts the server, it doesn't work unless we use Tunngle, which we don't want for reasons, and that is frustrating given all the effort I've put into setting up Hamachi.
I ended up with staying on 2.2.0.328 because it removes the need to delete gateways and you can ping each other straight after installation, though the gateway is still there. Hamachi doesn't work and we can update any time easily anyway.
Some general info:
- I am using Windows 7 Ultimate with all the "important updates" carried out, my friend is on Windows 10
- My friend and I are both on high-speed internet and we also have a provider's NAT.
- Our drivers are up to date as of this day.
- I didn't do port forwarding because I can't seem to find how. Hope that's not the case.
- When I reinstalled Hamachi I also deleted user settings and the adapter using device manager.
- We're on Free subscription.
I want Hamachi to not only provide a response when we're pinging each other, but to also enable fake LAN multiplayer for us.

Hamachi Premium subscription
I recently purchased a LogMeIn Hamachi Premium subscription.
I can see the subscription when I view Subscriptions, however when I attempt to start a Hamachi network I cannot apply that subscription. The only options I have are free or to purchase a subscription.
I have tried raising a customer support request, but have received no response.

VPN Status Error
Hey, I just installed Hamachi today so I could play Starbound with some friends, but I encountered some errors that only appeared to happen to me.
When I checked, the status is listed as 'network adapter error' and under the detail tab the following are listed-
Failed to connect to the network adapter.
Peer is not accessible via VPN.
I tried solutions provided in other threads, but none of them worked.
My laptop's operating system is Windows 10 if that helps.

Hamachi is not allowed to function as a gateway on this machine
In a Gateway network, need to set another machine to be the Gateway.
Uninstalled Hamachi from the old Gateway.
Edited the Network at LMI to remove that machine from the network.
Installed Hamachi on a Windows 7 machine.
Edited the network to make that machine the Gateway.
From the new would-be-gateway, can see the other machines, but no green or other colors; everything is gray. And getting the message "Hamachi is not allowed to function as a gateway on this machine". Can't find anything about that error.
Help?

RDP glitch on 2012 r2 host.
I am seeing a problem with Server 2012 rdp when I connect via RDP. I get connected via RDP, I see the login process going and see my account with the waiting bubble graphic. The screen then freezes and I get an error stating "An internal error has occured". This kills the RDP connection. The hamachi client shows the remote client with a blue icon. After a minute or two I can reconnect again via rdp with no problem. The login process goes right in and the system will work just fine until the nest logff. Any one else seeing this?

Hamachi Windows 10 Firewall Issue
Hello,
I installed Hamachi but it gets blocked by the Firewall.
I already added several rules, either for ports or the programs, but nothing worked.
Additionally, I reinstalled Hamachi and added several rules again but still no fix.
I know that the issue is with the firewall because when I deactivate it, I can execute a ping without timeout.

macOS 10.13.2 update breaks Hamachi
UPDATE: My bad, after "Power Off" and "Power On" from the system menu bar, everything works.
Installed macOS 10.13.2 update earlier today as it supposedly fixes some critical security issues and now Hamachi is broken. Client shows that I'm connected, however I can't connect to any other Hamachi-connected computer and once I login to the LogMeIn account, the macOS clients are listed offline.
Where can I sign up to be notified when the macOS 10.13.2-compatible client is released? I have serious doubts the client will auto-update from its current state.

Windows Server 2012 R2 Hamachi or Windows sleeps
Hello good people
I'm having an issue with Hamachi on my Windows Server 2012 R2 - I use Remote Desktop to control the server and as long as Im active or in control of the server, Hamachi is active and working fine.
However, as soon as I disconnect the Remote Desktop connection to the server, Hamachi goes to sleep and hence I cant access the server from any of the other clients in my Hamachi mesh network.
Is this a Windows Server issue or Hamachi issue? I have set all power settings I can find in Windows Server 2012 to off and Ive also set "powercfg /hibernate off" through the command prompt. Ive made sure to set the onboard NIC to not power down in the Device Manager.
Please help...what else could be causing this? Thanks

Linux Mint ham0 interface missing
Hi there, I've installed logmein-hamachi on my Linux Mint 18.2 (x64) version 2.1.0.174-1 but the ham0 interface isn't appearing. All stuff like registering, logging in, listing computers in hamachi network is working fine but I can't access ressources like hamachi network servers or games. On other Linux Mint and Ubuntu systems it is working fine. Does someone has an idea why the interface isn't created during install? Thanks a lot

Reset/change Client ID on linux client
Using a standard image with logmein-hamachi for linux, I need to change the client ID when it is deployed, in order to have unique clients. How can this be done?
I assume I need to request a new unique client ID somehow rather than manually setting one, but do not find a way to do this via the command line client.

Hamachi working on my laptop when in proximity to my server.
When laptop is far from server, there is no connection.
On the server, i can see my laptop and there is 'no connection'. I do not know how to connect.
