Me and my friend are trying to make Terraria Server. I can join through my Hamachi but mt friend can't he sent me pictures of that and it says i have a tunnel problem i tried EVERYTHING. PLEASE HELP.

after my windows xp crashed i have problem to reactivate hamachi.i'v download the exe file but after extraction program ask me to join the existing network with id and pasword but does not work and send me a error message.do i have to create new network or what should i do?i'm not even close to a proffesional so please take it simple thanks
I know there are multiple other posts that have very similar headings, but none of the accepted answers work. I used to use hamachi all the time, but now it is being weird.
So I can not ping my friend but they can ping me. I have disabled my firewall, and that does not effect it. When I Diagnoze the problem, I get:
Tunnel: OK
Local results:
Adapter configuration: OK
Traffic test: OK
Peer results: [202-716-260]
Adapter configuration: OK
Traffic test: Inbound traffic blocked, check firewall settings
I have also went into the firewall advanced setting and disselected Hamachi from all three profiles like http://help.logmein.com/articles/en_US/FAQ/Resolving-Hamachi-Request-Timed-Out said to.
We have a direct connection. When I do a Details... I get a round trip of ~70 ms, Authentication: Completed, Encryption Enabled on both sides, Compression Disabled, VPN status: ok.
I went and allowed all traffic, disabled Encryption on both sides, Authentication RSA keys. I have also restarted the computer, tried Lan connection to my router and Wi-Fi. I have also redownloaded and installed hamachi, restarted both processes of Hamachi and just closed and reopened it.
We are both on win 10, and have used hamachi before. We can both chat to each other.
I am doing this to play Minecraft together, so I need the Ping. The only problem I can possibly think of is that I am at a University and using that internet, although I have used that before with hamachi so I don't see a problem.

me and my friend have direct tunnel, diagnosis says no problems, but when we start game, we never see each other. i can play the game with random strangers but never with my friend. Any ideas ? thx for any advices.
