Request for Refund of Hamachi Network Standard Subscription Fee

I am currently using Hamachi Network Standard and noticed that my subscription was automatically renewed for another year (billing date: 2024/7/7), which was not my intention. Therefore, I would like to request a refund for this charge.

 

My original subscription was valid until 2024/7/7, and I purchased two Hamachi Network Standard subscriptions on 2024/7/5. I intended one to extend the current service and the other to establish a new network in the future.

Please reply via email as there is no option for Taiwan in the phone selections.

I used "hamachi" many years ago but no longer use it.

So I want to delete my LogMeIn account.


Also, LogMeIn seems to have turned into goto.com after not seeing it for a while.

I want to delete goto.com account as well.

How to fix relayed tunnel problem?

Hi!

 

Hamachi shows blue dots on some computers. The connection speed is really slow. It has been happening a month ago.

 

OS: Windows11

I have no way of cancelling my Hamachi subscription.

Hamchi Reyal Tunnel (blue dot)

Our clients are having trouble to connect to there server via Hamachi. They are experiencing a relay tunnel (blue dot). We have changed the Local UDP and TCP Address to 45565 and 45566, allow Hamachi through the firewall and anti-virus, restarted the Hamachi2Svc service in Task Manager and uninstall and reinstall Hamachi. Our clients are running a 50Mbps upload and download fibre connection. What else can be done to turn the relay tunnel into a direct tunnel?

Hallo Ich habe folgendes Problem. Ich habe zwei Rechner über Hamachi verbunden. Aber nach einigen Stunden ist die Verbindung einfach unterbrochen. Gehe Ich nun auf den 2ten PC von dem Ich was empfange, drücke auf offline gehen und komme sofort wieder online, ist die Verbindung sofort wieder da. Kann man das irgendwie einstellen das Hamachi sich alle zb 5 Stunden automatisch neu startet?

I tried to renew my yearly subscriptions with the new cc. but , the new card page does not working and keep on loading. I have tried using edge, safari and chrome , but still can't. I do not know where to reach out , the customer service also robot.

Добрый день! Можно ли задавать вопросы в техническую поддержку через e-mail, как раньше? Написал свой вопрос на адрес support-replies@goto.com, но мне до сих пор никто не ответил. Попытался создать тикет, через форму связи с технической поддержкой, там  есть только поддержка по телефону, но у меня нет возможности позвонить, что мне делать?

Lost the Hamachi network, users and computers from the Central login.

Lost the Hamachi network, users and computers from the Central login. I created a network of five computers. I have to change out two of those computers. It has been about a month. I now logged into Central, I can login and there are not devices, no network, no users. If I attempt to use the VPN tunnel the existing computers and gateway computer still function just fine. The issue is I need to remove a couple of computers and add a couple. I can't do that as none of the computers, network or users exist in the Hamachi Central control. 

 

Anyone have any ideas as to why this may have happened or hot to fix it other than creating a new account on Central?

Hello, I need to communicate or open a ticket but it is impossible, Hamachi support is unfortunate, there is no way other than by call??? Previously I could open a ticket, is there an email or page to open a case other than by call?????
