I submitted a support ticket, how and when will I receive a response?
I’ve been struggling with a technical issue for five days now that nobody on reddit or this forum knows how to fix (I’ve asked everywhere possible) and I contacted the support team back when this started but still no response. I assume they’re going to email me their response, but I’m wondering if the email will ever come? Is the hamachi support team abandoned or anything?

High packet loss
Me and a few friends are playing minecraft everyone's connection is normal.
But my connection with the host is horrible, for example when join the server the ping is ok but if a start running around the ping and packet loss keeps getting high until i get disconnect over and over

LogMeIn hamachi wont connect
I tried to use hamachi today and all its doing is saying "connecting" and then after a while it pops up with a message saying " failed to connect to the hamachi servers. would you like hamachi to automatically monitor server availability and establish a connection as soon as it becomes available?'' when i click 'yes' it just says connecting. ive tried turning off my firewall, does nothing. ive tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it 3 different times, does nothing. ive tried updating my computer, does nothing. ive also tried to mess around with services and appdata and files. its running on the newest version. im using windows 10 with a wifi dongle as well. ive used this in the past and its worked perfectly for me. Is there anyone out there that has had the same issue or know how i can fix this? ill try just about anything. thank you so much for the help! -hailie

Hamachi stopped working after months of use. 0.0.0.0, constantly connecting
Recently my Logmein Hamachi has stopped providing me with my IP address, and whenever I try to boot it up, it constantly says "connecting". After roughly a minute, I receive a message that says "Failed to connect to hamachi servers". I have spent a few weeks trying to troubleshoot, help would be greatly appreciated.

Hamachi local and remote PC's on same subnet?
I think I know the answer to this but wanted to ask anyway. Typically, when I setup a VPN I make sure each LAN is on a different subnet to prevent overlap/conflicts. I have a remote office that suddenly needs a VPN setup that does not have a capable firewall and I don’t have the creds to login to it to change the network layout.
If I setup a Hamachi hub and spoke network and both he remote PC and local PC are on 192.168.1.xxx networks, will it still function? Looking mainly for RDP access and printing to networked printers from local to remote

Host PC is not responding once minize himanchi goes off wakes up after you click the app
hi everyone i am using log me in and it was working excellent with me from home. but couple of days before i dont know what happen my host pc is showing off on log me in application and when i check the web panel it also shows me RED but when i manage to go office and open my server in office and open the app it takes 5 seconds to refresh then services are up working looks like log me in have some option for sleep i believe.
kindly help me out from this case and the problem is coming from last 3 days. before it was excellent.

Hamachi just won´t install
I´ve checked all the guides i could, but none worked. I try install hamachi but when i check "ive read and accept the terms and conditions..." and click next, the install window doesn't appear. But on process i can see two windows installers.

Hamachi connection problems
I need help fixing hamachi. My hamachi is broken and I don't know how to fix it. I figured out some things while trying to fix and troubleshoot that might help with a fix. My hamachi seemingly stopped working out of nowhere and I don't remember or have any idea what caused it to stop working. I have tried many fixes like reinstalling and deleting the local files and shutting disabling the tunnel ending and restarting it. I have recently discovered that when I restart my internet router keep hamachi running that it will reconnect and work for a short period before disconnecting. The main error I get from the hamachi launcher is that hamachi failed to connect to the servers. I am frustrated and have hope someone has an idea of what is causing my hamachi to not connect and act oddly.

Hamachi Breaks Local Scanning on a corporate network.
Good day,
I am working with a client. We deployed hamachi for their small biz. Everything is fine so far with using the VPN however, locally - the copier scan to folder function breaks when hamachi is enabled. I have attempted disabling the windows firewall, checking if SMB1 was enabled (need this for older copiers.) and well, nothing seems to be working.
How do we fix this? I hate having to break access to the file server when a person has to scan in the office.
On the corporate lan:
we have a Hyper V Host, hosting:
*File Server
*Domain Controller
Remote Desktop Gateway
* - denotes that a server has hamachi installed.
I currently have a mesh network configured.
How does I unfudge this dillema?

Failed to connect to the Hamachi servers...
Hey there. I have a friend with this problem, whenever he opens Hamachi and try to connect the following message: http://prntscr.com/st7jod , and when he presses Yes it says *reconnecting* then *connected* then returns to *reconnecting* etc.. He pretty much tried everything and still not working please let me know here or at discord: hachico1#3966.
