I’ve been struggling with a technical issue for five days now that nobody on reddit or this forum knows how to fix (I’ve asked everywhere possible) and I contacted the support team back when this started but still no response. I assume they’re going to email me their response, but I’m wondering if the email will ever come? Is the hamachi support team abandoned or anything?

Linux (Ubuntu) using local IP instead of Hamachi's
When I'm creating a server my IP is: 192.168.0.102, instead of Hamachi's: 25.108.78.223.
I can ping to friend Hamachi's IP and he can to mine.
But when the friend (on windows) creating a lobby, his server's IP is the same as Hamachi's.
Why is it using local IP instead of Hamachi's? Is something wrong with priority?

LAN traffic for file transfer being sent through hamachi as well
I just noticed today that whenever I transfer files over my LAN, using local IP addresses (not hamachi's addresses), the transfer is extremely slow (I have a gigabit network).
However, when I turn hamachi off, the transfers are literarily 20 times faster!
I also noticed that the LAN traffic seems to be router over the hamachi tunnel adapter.
I have attached pictures.
Transfer of files are to a local ip address, ie \\192.168.x.x
With hamachi off, I get up to 865 Mbps.
With hamachi on, i only get 46.9 Mbps, also, the traffic shows up in Hamachi's adapter

i cant log in or sign up in the hamachi app
After downloading the app, i cant log in or sign up as after i press the 'sign up' , a white blanked page appears so that i cant use hamachi to play with my friends. What should i do to fix this problem?

Failed to connect to the Hamachi servers...
Hey there. I have a friend with this problem, whenever he opens Hamachi and try to connect the following message: http://prntscr.com/st7jod , and when he presses Yes it says *reconnecting* then *connected* then returns to *reconnecting* etc.. He pretty much tried everything and still not working please let me know here or at discord: hachico1#3966.

Hamachi Breaks Local Scanning on a corporate network.
Good day,
I am working with a client. We deployed hamachi for their small biz. Everything is fine so far with using the VPN however, locally - the copier scan to folder function breaks when hamachi is enabled. I have attempted disabling the windows firewall, checking if SMB1 was enabled (need this for older copiers.) and well, nothing seems to be working.
How do we fix this? I hate having to break access to the file server when a person has to scan in the office.
On the corporate lan:
we have a Hyper V Host, hosting:
*File Server
*Domain Controller
Remote Desktop Gateway
* - denotes that a server has hamachi installed.
I currently have a mesh network configured.
How does I unfudge this dillema?

Relayed Tunnel With No Fix In Sight
Greetings,
A friend and I used a Hamachi connection just fine to play Minecraft together. As soon as they logged out and attempted to log back in the next day however, we've been dealing with a multitude of problems ever since.
When I look at them on the server, it states there's a relayed tunnel. When they look at my connection it also says I have a relayed tunnel.
Using the diagnose function, this came up.
Tunnel: OK
Local results:
Adapter configuration: OK
Traffic test: Outbound traffic blocked, check firewall settings
Peer results: [246-846-165]
Adapter configuration: OK
Traffic test: Inbound traffic blocked, check firewall settings
You'd think this is a simple fix. Allow Hamachi through the firewall. Except both my friend and I have allowed Hamachi in the "allowed apps" menu. We have tried just about every fix out there and nothing seems to work, not even making a new Hamachi server or reinstalling Hamachi.
If anyone has any clue how to fix this, advice would be appreciated.

Can't use paid subscription
Hello,
I paid $49 for a "LogMeIn Hamachi Standard" 1-year subscription. I see it in Settings > Subscriptions.
Now I want to create a network that supports more than 5 users, and I can not select subscription I paid for.
Web page is giving me option to buy another yearly subscription, or use free one.
How can I create network that supports more than 32 users without paying again?
