Cancel 1 of 3 my hamachi's subscription

Hello i have 3 hamachi's subscription, and 2 of them already extended.

but i want to cancel the last 1 that will be autorenew at october, can someone help me?

i live outside of goto coverage area, so it's difficult for me to make a phone call
