Hamachi Relayed Tunnel Only 1 Person

In Hamachi server Or My friend is direct tunnel but have only 1 guy has relayed all time how do i fix?
I and him already turn off fire wall and inbound and select allow all in traffic but
when him change to hostpot wifi him be direct but it so Lagged in game
I already diagnose to him but info is ok
My hamachi is already latest version
