Second year auto renew... I will open a case on PayPal.
I upgraded from Premium to Multi-Network a year ago... I been asking for more than 2 years how to cancel the Standard one... I'm tired to ask for support or send you emails or open tickets, I've been with you for about 10 years before you become GOTO at least a BOT answer at first, but later somebody call you or email you... No answer to refund me and cancel the Standard Subscription.
Your technology is GREAT but yearly your customer service is getting worst and worst yearly... Do you think it make smart sense to pay a subscription I been not using for more than 6 months?
