Please help me out!
I am unable to connect to my friend's computer, because next to his name a blue dot shines, with the description: "relayed tunnel" . I assume this is a network problem, because when I go to a friends place, or I connect my laptop to my phone's hotspot, the dot becomes green again. It seems only my network does something, that blocks the incoming packages.
Can I get some help, to debug this problem, because It's very important to me.
