Can i portforward my pc by running this on AmazonWebServices so that i can host a server on my pc?

I wanted to run a minecraft server on my pc, but for that i need to forward ports on my pc for that, but my isp doesen't give me a static ip for that. Can i portforward my pc by running Hamachi on AmazonWebServices so that i can host a server on my pc?
