Hamachi always relayed tunnel

hi, no matter what i do in my firewall settings and windows settings, i seem to always have a relayed tunnel in hamachi. when i am diagnosing the results say that there is nothing wrong in the peer, but the ping is more then 400 when i connect with people that live in the same city as me. everyone which i have a relayed tunnel with has a direct tunnel with all other members of the group. i think it has something to do with this (view photo, it says no internet access). i'll be glad if you could help me, thanks and have a good day
