I recently installed logmein/hamachi on my home computer to access my office network. I've been on the phone with my IT guy all morning. It's installed, I get the log in screen, put in the network name and password but I get "error password rejected". The password is correct. It's an HP Envy laptop running Windows10. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling with a new link but it still won't work. We can't figure out why my log in isn't being accepted.
